By using StackStats (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Nature of the App

StackStats is a portfolio tracking tool for informational purposes only. It is not financial advice.

The App does not:

• Provide investment recommendations
• Execute trades
• Guarantee price accuracy
• Serve as a substitute for professional financial advice

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter
• You are responsible for your own investment decisions
• You should verify important information through official sources

Subscriptions

StackStats offers optional subscription features via the Apple App Store. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in your device Settings.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• Price data will be accurate or current
• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The App will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses from investment decisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, United States.
