LumaSnap AI ("we", "our", or "the app") is developed by StackStats Apps LLC. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our iOS application.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
All photo processing is performed entirely on your device. Your photos never leave your iPhone or iPad. We do not have access to your images, edits, or any other personal information.
LumaSnap AI requests access to your photo library solely to allow you to import photos for editing and save enhanced photos back to your library. This access is controlled by iOS permissions and can be revoked at any time in your device Settings.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details.
LumaSnap AI does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not track your usage, behavior, or any other activity within the app.
Your photo projects and editing history are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is not synced, backed up to our servers, or accessible by us in any way.
LumaSnap AI does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The app does not require account creation or any personal information to function.
